Episode The Castle of Giants: Paranormal Mysteries of the Šumava Mountains
In the remote Šumava mountains of the Czech Republic, legends of giants, strange lights, and translucent beings are whispered through a mix of folklore and extraterrestrial mystery. From a prehistoric “Giant’s Castle” with glowing bones to Cold War–era UFO sightings ignored by radar, the region has long been a hotspot of unexplained phenomena. Some claim aliens refuel on its uranium-rich peaks, while others whisper of forest spirits luring wanderers away. Šumava remains one of Europe’s most unsettling landscapes of high strangeness, and today, we'll find out why.
