Episode 009: Career Story - How Sarah went from BBQ to HR
INTRODUCING a new type of Interview Boss episode - the Career Story. We’ll be interviewing people from all walks of life about how they ended up where they are today and what the road was like to get there.
We thought what better way to kick off our Career Stories than by getting to know Interview Boss’s very own Sarah Smith a little better.
In this episode we go all the way back to Sarah’s very first job and take you through the ups and the downs of her career so far - how did she end up studying Psychology, how she ended up in HR, and the massive job fail that nearly saw her change plans entirely.
