Episode DS 50: Hito Steyerl
My guest is Hito Steyerl, a filmmaker, author and professor of digital media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. We explore the ideology of AI, automation, and the rise of reactionary politics across the advanced world.
Neoliberalism might be over. But whatever comes next could be worse. In this conversation, we attempt to forecast what culture and politics may look like beyond the 2020s and after the end of globalization.

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
