Episode Episode - 7 ***Christmas Special with Kim Normanton***
Hello and welcome to season 4 of Dragonfly Tales Podcast. Each episode we will tell you a story from around the world and share some fun and silly things with you.
IT’s CHRISTMAS!!!!!
We'd like to wish all our listeners a very HAPPY HOLIDAYS! We hope you enjoy our special festive episode.
Our first story is by Kim Normanton. She’s the host of one of our favourite podcasts Super Great Kids’ Stories!
If you haven’t checked out this amazing podcast you really should!
Super Great Kids’ Stories is an award-winning podcast of traditional tales from around the world retold by the best storytellers. Recommended for ages 5 to 105. Listen in and you’ll meet Brazilian ogres, African trickster spiders, Greek heroes, and Russian witches.
And for our Xmas special, host Kim has a wintry tale for us from Siberia.
Our story is a lovely tale about a snowy mountain and also some fairy folk.
Will Hans and Trudy make it up to the great Snow Bear safely? You'll have to listen and find out. You can read the original story by Ruth Ainsworth in her brilliant book The Pirate Ship and other stories.
The rhyme we say is from a famous poem called The Fairies by William Allingham.

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
