Episode A Western Pennsylvania Energy Worker Shares Her Years of Sasquatch Encounters
Note: this episode involves audio post-processing and buffering video due to intermittent technical issues with our connection. In this episode, we delve into the extraordinary experiences of Rose from Western Pennsylvania, a lifelong woods-walker, artist, and energy worker who has spent years exploring the ridges, creek beds, and forest trails near her home. What began as an uneasy feeling in a familiar hiking area slowly unfolded into something much deeper. Rose shares how a massive barefoot track in the snow first caught her attention, followed by unexplained whoops echoing through the trees and strange tree formations that didn’t sit right with her. As the months passed, activity intensified. Along a quiet creek during hunting season, she observed a pale face watching from the hillside. Moments later, a branch came flying in her direction. Weeks after that, heavy footsteps shook the ground behind her on a remote switchback trail. Rose describes repeated vocal exchanges, including a spontaneous “whale song” call that received an immediate response from the forest. She recounts growls from the ridge line, loud wood impacts, objects moved in areas she frequented, and ongoing interactions that continued into 2025. With a deep respect for the land and a sensitivity to subtle changes in her environment, Rose reflects on how these experiences reshaped the way she understands the beings she believes share that territory. Her story offers an intimate look at sustained, location-specific activity in Western Pennsylvania and explores the awareness, intelligence, and presence of these “people” in the woods. Join us as we navigate Rose’s multi-year journey and the unfolding mystery of Sasquatch in Western Pennsylvania. 🗣️ Share Your Story Had a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience?
