It’s totally normal to want to make progress quickly, but what we don’t realize is that rushing can sneakily sabotage us. The end result is ironic. Being in a rush causes you to grow more slowly.
In this episode, I’m breaking down why this happens and I’m suggesting a different approach to growth that involves less pressure and is way more effective.
