On today’s show, Pat, AJ Hawk, and the boys break down everything happening around the football world, including another edition of This Week’s Shite Division and tonight’s Thursday Night Football showdown between the New England Patriots and Chicago Bears. Joining the progrum today, Bills Tight End, Dalton Kincaid, makes a special announcement, revealing that he’ll be the Celebrity Guest Picker on College GameDay this Saturday when Utah hosts Houston in a highly anticipated matchup between two ranked teams. Sticking with college football, Thursday Night Football Analyst, Kirk Herbstreit, joins the boys to preview tonight’s Patriots-Bears showdown and share his expectations for both teams. Herby also dives into Ohio State’s remaining schedule and their quarterback situation following Julian Sayin’s elbow injury, Indiana and Josh Hoover’s opportunity to prove their championship caliber once again against Michigan, and several other intriguing matchups around college football this weekend. Keeping the focus on tonight’s Thursday Night Football matchup, 37-year coaching veteran, Chuck Pagano, breaks down the Tale of the Tape between the Patriots and Bears as he looks to turn things around with his Thursday night picks after a tough 1-5 start to the season. Taking a break from the football talk, the lads get a surprise visit from retired U.S. Marine Corps First Sergeant, Drill Instructor, and Plum alumnus Sgt. Patrick Gartland. He shares stories from his time in the Marines, discusses The Mosquito Bowl, which hits theaters October 30th, and reflects on his experience traveling to Australia with Pat for the highly anticipated Netflix film. Rounding out the show, 14-year NBA veteran and ESPN NBA Analyst, Kendrick Perkins, swings by to discuss why this NBA season has the potential to be one of the best of all time, with parity and an incredible amount of talent spread across the league. Big Perk also weighs in on LeBron and the 76ers, why Victor Wembanyama needs to embrace his size and dominate around the basket, expectations for the Golden State Warriors, and why the Los Angeles Lakers could be a real problem for the rest of the league.
