Episode Hour 2: Mindful Mendoza, WLL Championship, Herbert vs. Maye
Get Up resumes with Mendoza's musings. His harshest critic? Not DanO, not Skip Bayless, not even Aaron Ross... It's himself. Mendoza felt he let his teammates down... Is his self demeaning nature a positive or negative asset headed into his first season?
Meanwhile - WLL stars Ally Kennedy and Taylor Moreno get us PUMPED for the inaugural WLL Championship game Saturday between the Maryland Charm and the California Palms!
Then - two QBs, two rocket arms, two vastly different narratives surrounding them. Drake Maye and Justin Herbert both impressed last season, yet Maye went all the way to the Super Bowl while Herbert suffered yet another disappointing playoff loss. Which would you pick to win the MVP this season? Reminder, Herbert has both tackles healthy (for now) and a shiny new Mike McDaniel while Maye faces a real NFL schedule for the first time in his career!
