De wereld slaakte een zucht van opluchting toen Iran vrijdag de Straat van Hormuz plots opende. De olieprijs zakte fors, maar de euforie was van korte duur. Amper een dag later deed Iran de cruciale zee-engte weer op slot, omdat de Amerikanen de Iraanse havens blijven blokkeren. Honderden olietankers liggen nog altijd te dobberen, en dat kost geld.
