Episode Curate Your Circle Like You Curate Your Content
If you’ve ever looked around at your friend group and wondered if these are really your people, this episode is for you. In this episode, Ashley talks about why friendships take intention as an adult and what it looks like to curate your circle like you curate your content. You’ll learn how to evaluate the friendships you have right now, how to ask if your friends match your goals and values, and where to meet emotionally mature friends who fit where you’re headed. Because your circle is either raising your ceiling or diluting your potential.

Shows are listed from Apple Podcasts' charts and directory, and Podcast Index where it is used. Every show and episode belongs to its publisher and plays from the publisher's own feed; this site hosts none of them. Explicit shows are for adult profiles only, and children’s profiles hear only children’s shows. More about this list.
