A few are the colour of the fruit. And little wonder: they have run a kilometre, covered the same distance on a ski-training machine, then run again. Between laps of the stadium they have also rowed, lunged, done burpees, carried kettlebells, pushed and pulled a sled and lobbed a medicine ball. A respectable race time is about 90 minutes; the fittest strive to finish in under an hour. 知识点：cavernous /ˈkævənəs/ adj. 英文释义：cavernous (adj.) means (of a space) very large, deep and mostly empty, resembling a cave 本义为"洞穴般的"（词根 cavern = 大山洞），建筑与场馆描写语境核心义为"又大又空、有回声的"（本文特指：形容斯德哥尔摩的Strawberry Arena，为下文"成千上万人同场比赛"提供空间尺度上的合理性） 核心搭配：a cavernous hall、a cavernous warehouse、a cavernous space、a cavernous interior、a cavernous stadium ・The band's farewell concert filled a cavernous hangar on the edge of the city. Amazon's newest fulfilment centre is a cavernous building the size of twelve football pitches.
