The United States has blocked NTV Broadcasting Company (OFAC's SDN list), whose channel this is. US law bars a US company from dealing in its property or providing services for its benefit, and no exemption clearly covers carrying its live channel, so this site does not offer it anywhere.

OFAC SDN list: Joint Stock Company NTV Broadcasting Company (entry 37185); 31 CFR 587.201 (E.O. 14024); E.O. 14024, sec. 1 and 4 (86 FR 20249); OFAC Russia-related General License 25G

Its owner, Gazprom-Media, is reported to be a subsidiary of Gazprombank, which the United States has blocked. A company owned 50 percent or more by blocked persons is itself blocked (31 CFR 587.406). Until its ownership is clear, this site does not offer it.

Channels and streams are listed from the iptv-org database (public domain), with links to publicly available streams that their owners publish; this site hosts none of them. Each stream is checked from our server about once a day. Adult channels, channels on iptv-org's blocklist, and channels their owners sell are left out. More about this list.
