About

Is having a good parent more important than having good genes? Raising offspring is normally far more demanding than producing them. This lecture examines factors that control parental behaviours in animals and how parents can have profound influences on almost every aspect of their offspring's behaviour, including their 'likes' and 'dislikes' and even what sort of parents they will become.
