About
A key puzzle for modern economist is the movement of capital around the world. The theory indicates that we should see capital move from developed economies into less developed economies, where that capital will be more effective. In reality, the developed nations appear to be sucking capital from the rest of the world. Professor Jagjit Chadha tackles this problem in his lectures, and introduces the conundrum in this short clip.
