**Project Description**: Evaluate and benchmark Oracle SQLcl Model Contect Protocol (MCP) server performance and accuracy using open agentic models. Document installation and use of Oracle SQLcl MCP server for popular developer tools (e.g. VSCode). Implement automatically applied DB resource limits for database sessions identified as running an AI/MCP based client.
