Tränenregen
Music: Franz Schubert (1797–1828) · Words: Wilhelm Müller (1794–1827)
Wir sassen so traulich beisammen im kühlen
Erlendach,
One press of Sing plays this song on this device (4:13) and stops after the last: the piano and the words come from the score, so a key change or a slower tempo changes no sound file.
The microphone is asked for only when you press its button. What it hears is measured and scored on this device and never leaves it; nothing is kept unless you record and save the file yourself. What is kept, and where.
The words
Wir sassen so traulich beisammen im kühlen
Erlendach,
wir schauten so traulich zusammen hinab in
den rieselnden Bach.
Der Mond war auch gekommen, die Sternlein
hinterdrein,
und schauten so traulich zusammen in den
silbernen Spiegel hinein.
Ich sah nach keinem Monde, nach keinem
Sternenschein,
ich schaute nach ihrem Bilde, nach ihrem
Auge allein.
Und sasie niund blicken herauf dem seligen
Bach,
Spiegel so kraus,
sie sprach: es kommt ein Regen,
ade, ich geh’ nach Haus.
