      This annotated bibliography was created to fulfill requirements for a special assignment for the 2023 City Colleges Libraries Open Educational Resources (OER) Initiative Project, which is focused on providing resources for City Colleges English faculty to use, with the intention for them to produce or remix OER incorporating the themes of diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), access and/or social justice for their courses. Though the list below is extensive, it is by no means exhaustive.
