    Scenario \(\PageIndex{1}\)

    A few things to consider:
    • Not every culture is equally willing to share their information and resources. Some find it to be very personal, or have a history of other cultures stealing from them.
    • Not every culture may agree on how to share or experience information: such as putting it online.
