    Objectives: Introduce students to experimentation in animal physiology. This lab focuses on hypothesis testing, experimental design, and physiology in situ.

    Pull sheets contain materials for a class experiment on the effect of caffeine (and caffeine dosage) on daphnia heart rate. Students can use daphnia for other experiments as well (ethanol, sugars, pollutants, etc.).
