About this recording
This first novel by Ernest Hemingway follows a group of American and British expatriates in the years following World War I as they travel from Paris to Pamplona for the running of the bulls. Irreparably damaged by the war, they lead dissolute lives of thrill-seeking, alcohol abuse and despair— Hemingway’s “Lost Generation.” - Summary by The Narrator
