About this work
Bruid in bruidsjapon met kort jasje met brandenbourgs en gegarneerd met bont. Zij houdt de hand vast van een zittende vrouw met om de schouders een sjaal afgezet met franjes. Op de achtergrond een dichte 'corbeille de mariage' of bruidsmand(?). Prent uit het modetijdschrift La Mode Illustrée (1860-1937).
