The image features illustrated portraits of various English monarchs from the shoulders up, shown in different styles and with varying facial hair. The individuals face forward or slightly to the side, with some wearing crowns or hats. They are depicted in regal attire, holding scepters, and adorned with jewelry. Each portrait is framed in a circle with the monarch's name and title below. The central text reads, "England's Cronicle or the Lives & Reigns of all the Kings & Queens to the present Reign of K. William & Q. Mary." The background is textured, supporting the portraits and text.
