The sculpture depicts multiple figures arranged in a balanced composition. A woman is seated holding a child on her lap, while a kneeling figure presents an object to the child. Three standing figures, two of whom wear crowns, are positioned to the right, each holding containers or offerings. The figures wear robes with carefully carved folds. The relief sculpture features a wall and column background element with a window above the central figures. The material is a brownish hue, possibly bronze. The sculpture is bordered by a rectangular edge, with a hole at the top.
