The sculpture features seven mounted riders holding spears or lances. The riders wear flowing garments and appear to be in motion. Below them are dogs and a lioness. The sculpture is made of golden-bronze material with intricate details. The circular composition has a small hole at the top. The engraved text reads "VALERIVS VICENTINVS F." The relief form captures a scene of riders and animals engaged in action.
