This is a drawing of a scene featuring an anthropomorphic bird with a human head conversing with a person. The style is reminiscent of Mexican broadsides. The central drawing shows an anthropomorphic bird with a human head talking to a seated figure, set against a cityscape backdrop with architectural elements. The scene is surrounded by a decorative border. The top of the page contains bold, capitalized text in Spanish, likely the headline. Below the illustration, more text is found in verse form.
