About this work
Dangerous cumulonimbus clouds form and tower over the Greater Caucasus Range, along with fog, drizzle and atmospheric mist. There are also some geological features in the surrounding landscape in view, such as Triassic rocky outcrops, exposure of limestone bedrock, ancient superficial deposits, and major structural downwarps dating back to the Oligocene epoch.
