About this work
Delleboersterheide, nature reserve of the It Fryske Gea. Detached silver birch (Betula pendula). The Delleboersterheide is a valley landscape along the Tsjongerkanaal in Oldeberkoop. The area is the Cats Poele, a particularly beautiful fen. Horn gives a picture of the river dunes, such as that used to frequent along the course of the Tsjonger layers.
