About this work
This is a golden boat of folklore. Folklore says Murugan landed on the shore of Okanda with Valli Amma in a golden boat, and the boat turned into a rock known as the "Ran Oru Gala". The rock still visible on the Okanda beach, Kumana National Park of Yala East.
