About this work

Nature reserve Neckarburg (WDPA-ID: 164768) near Rottweil. The meandering river Neckar formed two oxbow lakes at this site. The former lakes are now used as grassland. Two relict hills (Umlaufberge in German, no english translation found) are left, one of them once had a castle on it. The fog in the background shows where the river bed is now.
