About this work
Griffon vulture at flight,
The photo is taken at Carmel Hai-Bar Nature Reserve where migrating vultures join locally bred ones at winter period. Some times per day feral vultures gather on the top of the cage with captive ones, making a perfect spot for photographing them during landing/takeoff.
This picture is taken on vulture takeoff, so it's heading down.
