About this work

Nature reserve “Am Enteborn”, Dülmen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany The Am Enteborn nature reserve is located in the municipal area of Dülmen in the Münsterland region and is a small, ecologically valuable protected area. It is primarily a wetland and spring area with meadows, woodlands, and near-natural water structures. The name “Enteborn” refers to a spring or a water-rich area. Such wet locations provide habitat for amphibians, insects, and numerous bird species. Reed beds, tall forb communities, and some old tree stands are also typical features.
