ഒരു കേരളീയ ഭക്ഷണ പദാർത്ഥമാണ് ഉണ്ണിയപ്പം. കുഴിയപ്പം, കാരപ്പം , കാരോലപ്പം എന്നീ പേരുകളിലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ഉണ്ണിയപ്പം ഒരു മധുരമുള്ള പലഹാരമാണ്. വാഴപ്പഴവും, അരിപ്പൊടിയും, ശർക്കരയുമാണ് ഉണ്ണിയപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വേണ്ട സാധനങ്ങളിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടവ. ഗോളാകൃതിയാണ് ഈ പലഹാരത്തിന്.
