About this work
Celebrating Bangla New Year, known as Pohela Boishakh, is a vibrant expression of Bengali culture, tradition, and unity. Marked by colorful processions, traditional music, folk performances, and festive gatherings, the celebration welcomes the first day of the Bengali calendar with joy and hope. People wear traditional attire, share festive foods, and participate in cultural events that reflect the rich heritage of Bengal. Pohela Boishakh is more than just a festival—it is a symbol of togetherness, renewal, and cultural pride that brings communities together across generations.
