About this work
A 6-inch hand-forged chef knife made by Steelport Knife Co. in Portland, Oregon. The blade is crafted from American 52100 high-carbon steel, heat-treated for edge retention and sharpened to a fine, thin geometry. The knife features a full tang construction and is finished with contoured Oregon Big Leaf Maple burl handle scales secured with brass hardware.
