About this work
Hindu devotees gather at Barodi Temple in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on November 9, 2024, for Rakher Upobash, a spiritual event honoring Baba Loknath. Amid the warm glow of oil lamps and offerings of fruits, families sit together in prayer. The air fills with the smoke of burning dry coconut husks, symbolizing purification and devotion. This vibrant scene reflects the deep cultural and spiritual traditions of Bengal.
