About this work
View from the Pflerscher Scharte into the cirque with the Sandessee and the Italian Tribulaunhut. The path down from the saddle to the hut is clearly visible at the bottom right. Shortly before reaching the lake, a trail branches off to the right, leading over the Hoher Zahn to the Magdeburg Hut. The striking rocky peak on the left side of the image is the Goldkappl. At the top right are the Hoher Zahn and Weißwandspitze. The Dolomites are in the distance on the horizon.
