About this work
This photo taken in February 2020 in Tanguar Haor shows a Grey-headed Swamphen just before it takes flight. Standing on the edge of the wetland, the bird seems to be preparing to take flight. The grey-black colour of its feathers, sharp eyesight, and its posture of blending into the environment make the photo more vivid.
