The sculpture features a winged cherub figure on a fantastical creature with a serpentine body and wings. The cherub holds onto the creature's horns or ears with one hand while their legs straddle the creature's back. The sculpture is crafted in bronze, giving it a dark brown appearance with shiny highlights. It is presented in a relief style on a circular medallion-like disc with a small hole near the edge. The composition captures a dynamic interaction between the cherub and the mythical creature.
