The image shows a village gathering with detailed line work. Closest to the viewer, villagers are engaged in various activities near thatched-roof structures and trees. A pig grazes nearby. The scene has a monochromatic color palette, emphasizing light and shadow contrasts for depth. The composition extends to the right with more people, tents, and buildings suggesting a larger communal event in the background.
