Twins Eve and Duke spent the last two years chasing freedom, and the thrill of adulthood, held together by the steady hand of their grandfather, Vince—the heart of their family. But when Vince dies suddenly their perfect world shatters. Grief tears through the family, secrets surface, and truths once buried threaten to rewrite everything they thought they knew. Eve, her faith shaken, searches for meaning in the wreckage. Duke, desperate to keep them afloat, hides his pain behind duty and strength. As love, heartbreak, and loss collide, the twins must confront who they are—and who they want to become. In the aftermath of tragedy, they’ll discover that healing is messy, love is complicated, and even in the darkest moment, light can break through. Sometimes, the greatest journey begins when everything falls apart.
