# What is the Female Gaze? (w/ Halie Torris) | WHGS Ep. 320

Free with YouTube's ads, posted by Ashley Gavin.

This episode is depicting women correctly, listener! Halie Torris is an oil painter and visual artist whose incredibly detailed work you’ve seen go viral on TikTok/IG, but today she’s in the apartment to paint YOU like one of her French girls! We discuss the female gaze, how to define it, capturing it in your work, the artistic process in the modern attention economy, and having your gay little heart get broken over the vast and infinite sea — It doesn’t get more gay than that. Ashley is combating the manosphere. Lizzy’s sex gets a little bit too wet.
