# Weber State Volleyball In-Depth S2E7: Tennille Gonder

Free with YouTube's ads, posted by Weber State Athletics.

We're excited to welcome Tennille Gonder to the newest episode of Weber State In-Depth! An outside hitter who transferred to Ogden after finding her way back to the game she almost walked away from forever.

But in this episode, Tennille shares the journey that almost ended her volleyball career, a torn labrum, the sudden loss of her mom, and the moment she decided to get back on the court not just for herself, but for her.

She opens up about growing up in a town of 500 people, the four hours a week in the car with her mom just to play club volleyball, and how grief can take the love out of something, and how it can give it back.
