#hernekatha

Last month, we told the story of a sick village in Humla — a story of people burdened by illnesses of both body and society. From the region’s farthest corners and remote settlements, people undertake perilous journeys across steep cliffs and rugged terrain, hoping for treatment, and eventually arrive at the district hospital in Simkot. But the hospital leaves them disappointed.
