Free with YouTube's ads, posted by Mike Birbiglia.

Tami Sagher is an Emmy-nominated writer who worked on shows like Girls, How I Met Your Mother, Broad City, and 30 Rock. She's also a legendary improvisor and she co-starred in Mike's film Don't Think Twice. This week Mike and Tami unpack the dynamics of how the best writers rooms function, discuss the three ideal qualities of TV dialogue, and talk about how timed writing sessions changed Tami’s creative workflow. Plus, new jokes about watching people watch babies.
