#hernekatha

These days, mountain villages everywhere are emptying out. Driven away by monkeys and drawn to foreign lands and bustling towns, people have left behind village landscapes that were once terraced with fields, now overrun with thickets of invasive weeds. The story of Bhorle village, in Rupa Rural Municipality of Kaski district, is much the same. But 71-year-old Til Bahadur Khadka has found happiness staying right there in his village.
