# Conversation with the Goldmund Quartet and Philip Kass

Members of the Goldmund Quartet speak with the Library’s Carol Lynn Ward-Bamford and guest Philip Kass, a respected expert, appraiser, consultant and writer about fine classic stringed instruments and bows. The Goldmund Quartet performed on the famed “Paganini Quartet” of Stradivari instruments collected by Niccolò Paganini. Topics include the special instruments used for the concert, as well as the program that included works by Haydn, Borodin and Schumann.
