# Princess Stories Then, Princesses Forever with Meg Cabot and Shannon Hale

Being a princess is not as easy as you might think. In this program, Meg Cabot and Shannon Hale revisit their modern-classic princess stories. Cabot’s “The Princess Diaries” sees Mia Thermopolis go from an average highschooler to surprise princess overnight (now in a graphic novel). Hale’s “Princess Academy” follows young Miri, whisked away to a special academy for prospective royals. Moderated by Dianne Choie.
