# The Kitchen Sisters with Frances McDormand

The Kitchen Sisters (Davia Nelson and Nikki Silva) join Academy Award-winning actor Frances McDormand in conversation about their lives and work for this special Live! At the Library evening in the Coolidge Auditorium. A special evening of engaging stories and behind-the-scenes looks into the Kitchen Sisters' archive and their work as audio documentarians and pioneering radio and podcast producers. The event marks the Library's recent acquisition of the entire archive of The Kitchen Sisters - some 7,000 hours of interviews, oral histories, songs and field recordings along with photographs, notebooks, journals, shards of sound and research materials.
