Karoline Davidson is a certified celebrant, crematory operator, funeral director, and embalmer who started her funeral service career in 2007 as an unlicensed funeral attendant. During this interview, Ms. Davidson shares her challenges with compassion fatigue and burnout while servicing families during the COVID-19 pandemic.
