# The IEP (Individualized Education Program)

In accordance with Public Law 94-142, all educational agencies must design individualized education programs for the handicapped child. The psychoeducation evaluation is followed by an introduction to the development, implementation, and review of an IEP, the right to due process proceedings, placement, and the program planning conference.
